Diva Cup Guarantee

We guarantee to the original retail purchaser of the Diva Cup that will it be free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. If the Diva Cup fails to perform due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it with a new Diva Cup of the same Model number originally purchased at no charge excluding shipping and insurance charges. This guarantee is available only to the original retail purchaser and only when purchased from South Coast Shopping. The purchaser must exercise proper care and handling of the Diva Cup and clean regularly with manufacturer recommended cleaning products. This guarantee does not apply to incidental or consequential damages and excludes normal wear and tear. Return shipping and insurance charges are excluded. This guarantee does not apply to prior purchases and can not be transferred and does not apply if the Diva Cup has been damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident. No other warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied. We reserve the right to determine a manufacturer defect in material or workmanship. Shipping

We ship the next business day upon receipt of full cleared payment to United States, APO/FPO, and International. Our shipping carriers include FedEx, UPS, and USPS - we select the carrier. Although we ship the next business day, we can not guarantee shipping transit times. Transit times include business days only excluding holidays and vary by shipping carrier, particularly during peak periods or severe weather conditions. International purchasers are responsible for their country's customs, duties, and import tax fees.  Retuned orders for an invalid ship to address require a reship charge.

How We Calculate Shipping

Standard domestic shipping calculations for one pound and over non-media mail are as follows: we take the total shipped weight and round up to the next full pound, calculate the lowest cost shipping from our shipping carriers, round up to the next full dollar plus a low handling fee. This will be the standard domestic shipping cost displayed at check out.
