You must be fully satisfied with your purchase or return it within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund of the product purchase price. In addition, all our products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Manufacturer defective products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact us at returns@southcoastshopping.com before sending any returns. Product returns must be in original packing materials with all original papers and be fully insured. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and insurance unless the product has a manufacturer defect. Products found not to be defective have a 20% re-stocking fee. Handling, insurance, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be for the product purchase price. Some products are ineligible for returns and noted on the specific product catalog page. Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty claims. This guarantee does not apply if product has been damaged through alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident.
